CompTIA Security+ Certification Test Prep
The focus of this course is to prepare for the CompTIA Security+ certification exam. Topics covered will include all Security+ coursework as it relates to the CompTIA Security+ certification exam. Students will prepare through simulated practice exams and experiences.

The CompTIA Security+ certification is a vendor-neutral, internationally recognized credential used by organizations and security professionals around the globe to validate foundation level security skills and knowledge. Candidates are encouraged to use this document to help prepare for CompTIA Security+ SY0-
401, which measures necessary skills for IT security professionals.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have gained knowledge required to:

- Troubleshoot security events and incidents
- Operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws and regulations

Audit option: Students have the option to audit a course they have already attended at no charge within one academic year. Interested students must notify the ProDev office requesting to audit a course a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course start date to ensure there is enough seating. Audit students are responsible for their own parking and lunches. New materials will not be provided.
No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class. Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class.
