Dr. Dennis J. Kowalski has enjoyed the last 47 years as a teacher, teacher-leader, facilitator, motivational speaker. He has been an elementary teacher, a university professor, a trainer, meeting facilitator, an elementary and secondary principal and a superintendent. His experiences include the inner city setting, the inner ring suburban environment and a high-end suburb and the corporate environment. He is an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University and Concordia University (Chicago).

Dr. Kowalski has taught a variety of college courses in learning and leadership at local universities during the last twenty years. He also conducts workshops for teachers, administrators and corporate leaders in the area of learning and leadership. During the last several years, he has conducted 20 plus different workshops in a variety of school settings and corporate environments. Team building, the change process, understanding poverty, refining classroom interactions, and leadership are among his many passions.
Dr. Kowalski is committed to guide workshop participants and his graduate students to apply content to enrich their understanding of their students and themselves so that they become better teachers and teacher-leaders.
