The Monte Ahuja Leadership Excellence Program is a yearlong leadership and business skill development program for high potential future executives in corporate, government and non-profit business organizations. In addition to experiential leadership and development training using the best facilitators, the program includes multiple assessments, networking with other high potential leaders, executive coaching and a formal mentoring program. Monte Ahuja Leadership Excellence Program leaders graduate with the skills and confidence needed to be successful at the next level and beyond.

The Monte Ahuja Leadership Excellence Certificate program will push you to examine yourself beyond a simple reflection and help you face the everyday challenges of leadership.

Coursework for the Certificate

 

A certificate is awarded after completion of each of the seven required courses plus two (2) coaching sessions. Certificate requirements should be completed within an 18-month period.

Completion Time: Completion time is dependent on several factors. The average completion time for this certificate program is two semesters or 9 months.

Audit option: Students have the option to audit a course they have already attended at no charge within one academic year. Interested students must notify the ProDev office requesting to audit a course a minimum of 10 business days prior to the course start date to ensure there is enough seating. Audit students are responsible for their own parking and lunches. New materials will not be provided.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class. Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class.
