Our Human Resource certification preparation course is designed primarily for individuals seeking a PHR or SPHR certification.
Advancing your career. For those not seeking certification, the SHRM Learning System for PHR/SPHR course provides a comprehensive and accelerated option for professional development. Participants gain a generalist point of view, refresh key ideas and concepts, strengthen their understanding of core competencies and increase productivity.

Course fee includes six workbooks (SHRM Learning System), online access to SHRM's Partner Resource Central, two HRCI assessment exams, printed copy of instructional PowerPoint presentations, printed Flashcards, a Certificate of Completion, meals and parking.
Exam Eligibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to determine his or her eligibility to take the PHR and/or SPHR. For more information on eligibility requirements, please visit www.hrci.org/Exam_Eligibility/
Attendance: While participants are expected to attend all eight sessions, attendance at five of the six module-specific sessions will be required in order to receive the Certificate of Completion for the CSU SHRM Learning System. Many employers require this certificate for reimbursement.

Registrants who cancel will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee plus the cost of materials if we receive written notification by February 19. No refunds will be issued after February 19, 2014.
