Outlook can be an amazing communication tool, but if not used wisely can be time consuming and a distraction from high value tasks you need to accomplish. Enroll in this course to learn the basics of Outlook along with how to customize Outlook to work for you.

After this completing this course, you will be able to :

  • Optimize Time Management methodologies
  • Customize the Outlook environment with options to work for you
  • Work with the address book and contact groups
  • Effectively use Outlook folders, search tools, filters, and categories
  • Turn the Outlook task feature into a project management center
  • Create and modify appointments and meeting requests

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system, minimizing and maximizing windows, opening, saving and closing files, and creating folders.

Refund Policy

Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class.
