Learn to maximize your time and increase productivity through time management training. Managing email and juggling multiple projects can be daunting, but specific strategies exist to help professionals manage their time effectively. Participants will gain tips for reprioritizing their time on short notice and remaining focused through frequent distractions. Accomplish more on relaxed and busy days through better organizational techniques. Common time management mistakes to avoid such as overcommitting will be covered as well. Participants will learn to lower their tendency to procrastinate through practical strategies. Professionals who gain practical time management skills now will avoid burnout later.
The second day of this course will consist of coaching sessions one-on -one with the instructor. The instructor will help you devise a plan to manage your time commitments.
