Course Description

This three-day course allows companies to realign philosophies that turn traffic departments into transportation management areas of expertise. These philosophies move logistics from a cost to a competitive advantage.

The course will focus on the three critical areas of a truly managed transportation program: Carrier Management, Operations Execution and Settlement & Reporting. Participants will learn why each of these areas are critical and how to implement them effectively in their company. This course will also include discussions on related roles, processes and technologies surrounding them.
