Participants will adjust project schedules to avoid conflicts and maximize resource utilization. Learn to customize many components of Project, including views, tables, fields, and reports. Those enrolled will create a resource pool, assign it to multiple projects and then manage the resource pool across many projects.
Participants who complete this course will be able to:

Microsoft Project Essentials or Instructor Approval is required.Experience with Excel is suggested.
