Visio Essentials

Course Description

Visio Essentials will introduce participants to basic drawing techniques to create flow charts, organization charts and other business diagrams using free-form skills or stencils. Enrollees will learn to format text, shapes and background pages. Participants will create multiple pages in a drawing and connect them with links. Time-saving keyboard shortcuts and printing issues will be presented and practiced.

After participants have completed this course, they will be able to:

• Create a Visio drawing
• Add text and shapes to a drawing
• Format text and shapes
• Add pages and background pages
• Print a Visio drawing

Prerequisites

Windows experience.

Refund Policy

Registrants who cancel will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if we receive written notification a minimum of seven business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be issued if notification is not received seven business days prior to the first day of class.
